Why strength matters more under 20 pounds
Do the math on a 10 lb dog’s 4.5 mg maintenance dose. In a 12.5 mg/ml oil, that is 0.36 ml – a readable mark on an oral syringe. In a 50 mg/ml oil made for large dogs, the same dose is 0.09 ml, a couple of drops, where one drop too many is a meaningful overshoot.
