Morgan Luttrell talks about how his dog, Captain Augustus McCrae, has been living his best life

Our Forever Friends Are Aging

I’m sure we can all agree that we all reminisce about when our doggies were just lively little pups. We can’t turn back time, but we can ease the effects of aging. Morgan Luttrell has had Captain Augustus McCrae Texas Ranger (Gus for short) by his side for 11 years! 

However, within the past year, Gus’s 11 years began to catch up with him. Like many seniors, human or canine, our bodies begin to significantly slow down. In Gus’s situation, he began having hip discomfort and trouble getting up.

Morgan began to wonder if there was anything he could do to help Gus be more comfortable and improve the quality of his life.. He conducted his own personal research in hopes of finding the best remedy for Gus.
