I get my pills every cycle but for some reason even with auto renew, there’s a couple days of lapse where I can’t give my dog any of the pills because I’m waiting for them to arrive. Feels like it’s inconsistent. Otherwise it’s fine, my dog has somewhat progressed dementia so not sure if it’s actually working and staving off worse symptoms or if I’m just being hopeful. Honestly, this supplement should probably be given right when you see early signs of dementia in your pets, not after it gets worse. It probably would have made more of a difference.
