Hemp oil, or hemp seed oil, is made from hemp seeds, while CBD oil is made primarily from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant. We add hemp oil to our CBD/CBG to dilute it so that our product is less concentrated and can be easily administered at the proper amount. Hemp seed oil is a food oil rich in polyunsaturated fats (omega-6 and omega-3); it contains little or no CBD.
